No complains at all, the venue met requirements, recommend it. My kids and I loved being there. The hotel was in a magnificent and stunning location adjacent to the pub at the top of the road, Llandudno and the top lake. It also was to nearest beach.

Comfortable twin bed rooms that I absolutely loved! The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Church of St. Michael and the views are breathtaking. 🌟

The views from our lodge were absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub tucked away nicely was a definite highlight. the staff at reception were lovely and provided amazing customer service. We also enjoyed the added bonus of having a BBQ available for use during our stay. the lodge itself had all the facilities we needed for cooking and storing food, and it was warm and cozy, perfect for the time of year.

There was no WiFi access in the cabins, which was not mentioned on the website. This made it difficult to check emails or use data.

The room was really nice - the twin beds were comfy and I felt great there. The best part was the staff, they were super welcoming and really friendly.

The view from my lodge was breathtaking. The staff at reception provided amazing customer service. The hot tub was tucked away nicely and the lodge had plenty of facilities for cooking. The location was quiet and peaceful, not too far from main roads for day trips.

The lack of WiFi in the cabins can be inconvenient who need to stay connected or check their emails.

I recently stayed at Herons Lake Retreat for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The lodge was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. I also loved the terrace area where we could dine and BBQ. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. I can't wait to come back again!

Great stay with beautiful surroundings and peaceful environment. the cabins by the lake were absolutely stunning and it was great to have our own private hot tub. Our cabin had a lovely terrace where we could enjoy our meals and a BBQ area which was a great added bonus. the staff were professional and always willing to help.

The mattress was not comfortable enough and caused back aches. the lack of WiFi within the cabins was somewhat disappointing.

We went to this place for our Xmas break and the weather was just perfect. The hot tub was great and we were able to use it throughout our stay even with the chilly weather. The location is also pretty good, with a lovely view and not too far from the nearby stores. We also enjoyed the BBQ which added to the festive feeling of our stay.

The cabin was in bad shape. The musty smell greeted us as soon as we entered and it just didn't go away.
